I'm on my fouth and last baby...its a girl! usually if they won't tell you what it is unless they think there accurate. I have 3 boy's got my first ultrasound at 16wk. and 2 more at 19 and its definitely a girl babys a boy or girl by 13 weeks. at 16weeks it can't just change
Eavheerden there is always a chance that the doctor was wrong about the sex of the baby, for example my mom was told she was having a boy and when she delivered her baby it was a girl,( me) and again when she had her two sons they said girl both times and she had boys. My mom has 6 kids so 3/3 doctors where wrong but then again technology has come a long ways in the years since her childbirthing days. But at 22 weeks its usually pretty spot on for girls and iffy for boys. I'd say you have a 2-5% chance of them being wrong, you can have another ultrasound done to double check if you are not confident in their guess of sex for your baby. Do you want a boy?
