I have to carry a supply of peppermint candy whereever I go. I am in my 6th week and although I haven't vomited I am constantly nauseous. The peppermint is the only thing that works for me.

what has really helped me is ginger ale and salty crackers, I dont go anywhere without them! Also a friend of mine used accupressure bracelets that she got from babys R us and that seemed to really help her! good luck!
