It's normal behavior. Keep picking her up and responding to her cries. Some babies begin to exhibit seperation anxiety much sooner, and stranger anxiety is also a part of that. It sounds like she is possibly a higher needs infant than others and a little more anxious. Responding to her when she is anxious right now will actually make her more, not less, confident in the future since it helps establish you as being a safe, predictable thing for her.
